Saimah joined Meeting Protocol in 2006 as part of the Travel Staff team and then came on board full-time as a Program Manager in 2010. She has since gone on to be Senior Program Manager, Operations Manager of our London office, and now Vice President Operations. Saimah has experience planning meetings in Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, and South America. Before becoming a part of Meeting Protocol, Saimah worked in marketing, which she taps into to enhance the experiential aspects of meetings.
VP, Account Management
Jennifer came to Meeting Protocol in 2002 after working in the motion picture industry. She has served in capacities as Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, and now Vice President Account Management. Jennifer has experience planning meetings in North America, South America, Asia, Australia, Europe, and Africa (just looking for a meeting in Antarctica to get that 7th continent). Jennifer exemplifies Meeting Protocol’s relentless customer service and desire to form long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Brett joined Meeting Protocol in 1998 after working in the supply chain industry. He has served as a Program Manager, Contracts and Sourcing, and other capacities at Meeting Protocol. In his capacity as CFO, Brett is also responsible for the family’s investment partnership. Brett is one of the founders of AccessBank Texas where he serves on the Board of Directors, is on the Executive and Directors Loan committees, and is chairman for the Assets and Liabilities committee.
KimberLee has been in the meeting planning industry for 18 years. Her career in meeting planning is focused in the research and pharmaceutical industries and began with her work at a subsidiary of the World Health Organization in 1998. She joined the Meeting Protocol team in 2001 and has served in capacities as Program Manager, Trainer, Operations Manager, and now Vice President of Operations. KimberLee has experience planning meetings in North America, South America, Asia, Australia, and Europe.
Paige became a part of Meeting Protocol in 1999 to establish and manage the London office. After 5 years abroad, Paige returned to the Dallas headquarters as COO. Before becoming a part of Meeting Protocol, Paige was in sales, first dictation equipment and then surgical supplies. Paige brings her vast knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry as well as her extensive international travel to keep propelling Meeting Protocol forward.
Matt joined Meeting Protocol in 2013 to manage increasing compliance and reporting responsibilities. Since then Meeting Protocol has continued to develop capabilities and now has one of the most robust HCP reporting platforms in the industry. Matt has 15 years of experience working with companies to improve their technology, operations and finances across a wide variety of industries. Matt brings this experience to Meeting Protocol and helps leverage technology so we can focus our human capital on the constantly evolving needs of our clients.
Director, Contracts & Sourcing
Kathy is a detailed oriented planner with over 20 years of experience sourcing, contracting, and planning events. She leverages her background working in the hotel industry as well as organizing incentive trips and corporate meetings to help serve Meeting Protocol’s clients. As the Director of Contracts and Sourcing, Kathy is an expert in creating detailed budgets to accommodate client’s needs.
Pat established Meeting Protocol Worldwide in 1995 after 10 years of meeting and event planning experience with another company. What began as a one-woman operation is now a multi-national, family-owned and operated company with over 40 full-time and 30 part-time employees. Pat’s experience in the industry, as well as her involvement in both daily operations and onsite meeting management, maintains the high service level Meeting Protocol is known for.
VP, Contracts & Sourcing
Brian joined Meeting Protocol in 2000, after working as a radio disc jockey. His specialty is sourcing and contracting the meetings that come through Meeting Protocol. His knowledge of hotels, currencies, visas, and air lift ensure that our clients are in the best hotel, in the best city, with the best pricing possible. Brian’s personality makes adapting to changes on the fly a breeze.
Vice President, Operations
Jill joined the Meeting Protocol team in 2018 to lead our Dallas Operations Team. Her over 25 years in the meeting industry, specifically her 17-year career leading dynamic event planning teams within hotels set a solid foundation for her transition into clinical meeting planning. Jill leverages her hotel background to improve the interactions Meeting Protocol has with our hotel partners. She has a passion for mentoring individuals and developing high-functioning teams as well as a desire to exceed expectations.
